Verse Sand XXL Glazed Stoneware Tile 120x280 cm, Micro-Cement Look, Matt, Rectified

Grey is not a compromise, it is a decision for stillness. The Verse Sand in warm grey and a large-format 120x280 cm rectangle focuses on surface rather than detail. The result is spaces that feel expansive yet carry a clear, personal signature.

Material and Surface

Glazed stoneware with a matt surface in a micro-cement look. The rectified edges allow a low-grout installation that underlines the minimalist character of the format. For this large format, we recommend using a decoupling mat and a levelling system for a clean result.

Applications and Durability

The Verse Sand is suitable for floors and walls. Slip resistance R10 and barefoot area classification B also permit use in shower areas and around pool surrounds. Abrasion class PEI IV makes it robust enough for entrance halls and high-traffic areas.

Frequently Asked Questions

What atmosphere does the grey colour create in this format?

The warm grey combined with the XXL format feels calm and refined. It creates a neutral base that pairs well with many interior styles, from concrete and steel to wood and natural stone.

Is the tile suitable for shower areas?

Yes. With slip resistance R10 and barefoot area classification B, it is approved for shower rooms and pool surrounds.

What does the rectified format offer in practice?

Rectified tiles have precisely machined edges. This allows very narrow grout joints and a clean, high-quality finish, especially important with large formats.

Why is a decoupling mat recommended for this format?

Large-format tiles are more sensitive to movement in the substrate. A decoupling mat absorbs tension and protects against cracking.

Can the Verse Sand also be used on walls?

Yes, it is approved for both floors and walls. As a wall tile in XXL format, it creates particularly clear and generously proportioned surfaces.
