Description
A floor that has nothing to prove and yet says everything. Verse Ash in cool grey brings the understated beauty of micro cement into large-format ceramics. 120 x 120 centimetres, matt surface, clean edge. Often that is all a modern home needs.
Timeless Concrete Look in Large Format
The restrained grey of Verse Ash feels airy in bright rooms and pleasantly warm in darker interiors. The matt glaze makes the surface look lively without imposing itself. Rectified edges allow very fine grout joints that consistently carry the purist look forward.
Designed for Floors and Walls
The glazed porcelain tile is approved for floors and walls and reaches abrasion class PEI IV, making it well suited to areas with intensive use. The R10 slip resistance with barefoot area classification B makes it a reliable choice for bathrooms, shower areas and pool surrounds. When laying the 120 x 120 cm format, an uncoupling mat and a levelling system are recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where can the Verse Ash tile be used?
The tile is suitable for floors and walls and works well in living rooms, bathrooms, hallways and high-traffic entrance areas.
Is the Verse Ash tile also suitable for shower areas?
Yes. With R10 slip resistance and barefoot area classification Class B, it is approved for shower rooms and pool surrounds and provides additional safety there.
What is the benefit of rectification for this format?
Rectified tiles have particularly precise, straight edges. This allows minimal grout joint widths, which are especially effective with a 120 x 120 cm format and make the floor appear as one continuous surface.
Why is an uncoupling mat recommended?
With large tiles, movement in the substrate can lead to tension cracks. An uncoupling mat absorbs these forces and protects the surface in the long term.
How durable is the Verse Ash in everyday use?
The tile reaches abrasion class PEI IV and is therefore suitable for heavy use, including entrance areas and spaces with regular foot traffic in shoes.
